How many times have we read about these so called dog breeders that keep getting shut down, this time it was a so called breeder Sue Ann Kelly from Newnan, GA had ninety one dogs taken away by the Atlanta Humane Society.
The poor dogs were so neglected that some of them had conjunctivitis, eye infections and other medical conditions. Let alone living in extremely unacceptable conditions that shows how neglected these poor dogs were treated.
Hopefully these dogs will find a good home and the home owner Sue Ann Kelly will be charged to the fullest for what she did to these dogs and not just a slap on the wrist.
