Yes you read this right a dog in Darwin City in Australia was given a ticket when his owner left the dog tied up while see went shopping. Can you imagine a dog getting a ticket, what’s he suppose to do go to court and pay the fine. Maybe he can use his dog bones as payment or something; I can only guess that these two inspectors are going to be the laughing stock of the town for this dumb stunt.
