Theirs a poll going on in Kings County, Washington about dogs being chained up.Should they make a law or not.
I personally think it’s cruel to leave a dog out side chained up all day. The article talked about how a German shepherd that was chained up had become vicious and attacked two people.
So what’s your opinion about a dog being chained up all the time, do you think it makes them more protective and they become more vicious. Or do you think it doesn’t matter.

I think that if they are chained up all the time and they see people/dogs going by it makes them frenzy about those beings. The frenzy becomes frustration which eventually becomes agression. The same is true for people who put their dogs in a fenced front yard. Sure, they aren't tied to a tree, but they still go through the same issues
I will never understand why you have a dog tied in the yard. They are not animal lovers, they do not know a thing about having a pet and they do not want anyones help. They do not want to read anything and become educated. It really blows my mind why there are not enforced laws to ban this torture!!!!!!
