Bad Insulin Causes Lawsuit From Dog Owner

A Terrier who had diabetes was on insulin to help save his life, but after taking some possibly bad insulin he had died. Now the owner Larry Friedman has filed a lawsuit against the makers of the insulin Schering-Plough for neglect.

It’s sad when ones friend dies and to wonder if it was due to some bad meds makes it even worst. I remember that I posted this article from the FDA alert on this med hoping to get the word out. What Larry’s suit is stating that the company either knew or should have known about this problem long before the FDA posted this alert? I think he’s got a point that they must have known something.
