Judge Fines Dog Owner $100K For Having Too Many Dogs

I guess it’s the law in Masontown, PA to have too many dogs, but has this judge gone too far? It’s one thing if you are running a puppy mill but for Christopher and Carla Gluvna they have eight dogs that they love and are being taken care of.

You would think that with all the dogs that have been abandon in the shelters that owning a few extra dogs doing these times would be ok, but no this judge doesn’t think so. So what’s a dog lover to do when they are faced with a judge that doesn’t have a heart, well Carla hasn’t given up without a fight.

The Judge was right in his decision. This article is one sided and the truth isn't being told. The reporter should have interviewed the neighbors and witnesses to this nuisance. They should have looked in the garage were dogs have been caged since 2006.

Thanks for your input on letting us know a little more of what really was going on.If that was the way these dogs had to live I would think that it would be animal abuse too.

Listen here assholes...no one on here really knows the truth about this situation. The person who posted the first comment is the person starting the trouble and it is not even about the dogs. He is doing it for other reasons. My dogs do not live in filth and are very, very well taken care of. Dont post things you dont know anything about and those neighbors killed one of my dogs by poisoning him so that is how much he cares. Sincerely Carla Gluvna
