This Time The Dogs Will Be Saved Around Hurricane Gustav

Some humane societies have offered help earlier this time, trying to save the pets. A few are the Atlanta Humane Society which has already been bringing animals back home for owners to keep safe through the storm as well as the Humane Society of Missouri's Disaster Response Unit and the Seattle’s Pasado's Safe Haven.

The California Urban Search and Rescue Task Force Three are bringing in the dogs with their rescue team just in case. Search and rescue teams from DeSoto and Panola counties in Tenn.are joining in too.

Hopefully this time the rescue of people and their pets will be better this time.

Sometime it takes tragedy to open peoples eyes. Unfortunately Katrina had to hit that hard for people to be better prepared for the next time.
