Did you know that over in Moscow there is a web site called Metrodog.ru that tracks the stray dogs that make their way though the subways and the back roads. Today though the dogs are a lot smarter and don’t have to beg for food.
When I read this article it just shows how these dogs have learned to adapt to the times.
