As times are getting worse more and more breeders are giving up their dogs. This time a dog breeder from Arkansas had to give up some one hundred and forty dogs to the Pulaski County Humane Society that is already strapped for money that will put a real hard burden on them while they try and find these dogs a good home.
If you can help the Pulaski County Humane Society out with a donation they would be grateful in their time of need.
