What was being witnessed by a few drivers along Interstate 81 in Syracuse, N Y was a pit bull being dragged by her chain by an animal abuser in his pickup truck.
The poor dog had to be killed due to all the injuries from being dragged at sixty five miles an hour. I hope whoever was driving that truck gets caught and serves serious time.
