Cheoah joined our Herd because she was found tied up behind a foreclosed home, so we know this story first hand.
Cats have also been victims of recession - Luckily when my brother had to sell his house he managed to find one of the few rental properties that would allow him to keep his cats.
It wouldn't be such a big problem if more rental properties allowed pets.
