Dog Trainer Gives An Interview

A dog trainer named Steven Phillips who has been training dogs for thirty years now was interviewed by Julia Sampson about his business called Phillips Command Dogs of Olean in NY.

Steven Phillips said: I train residential dogs as well as police dogs, I sort of fell into it. Years ago I wanted a Doberman, but I knew that such a big dog would need to be trained properly so I worked with a New York state trooper and it sparked an interest.
