A lowlife named Matt England from Clover, South Carolina has been charged with two counts of animal cruelty for dragging two pit bulls down the road and then beat the dogs until one of them died.
How sick is this kid to just drag the poor dogs and beat them until they died. Let’s see what the judge does to this kid and hopefully Matt will be hit with the maximum penalty for what he did.
