This is one sick article when I read about this wacko named Eugene Hickman who is charged with sexually abusing his dog not once but on other occasions too according to his family.
The Walton County Sheriff's have charged Hickman with animal cruelty for what he has done to this dog. I think that there should be a new law for people that do these disgusting things to animals like this, maybe it should be called rape. And treat them like a rapist and not some low level felony that will just get a slap on their hand by a judge.
