Well the chump named Earl Simmons has gotten off easy by a judge named Phemonia Miller from the Maricopa County Superior Court. You would have thought that the judge would have slapped the book at the one time rapper known as DMX.
To give a person only ninety days for what he did to his dogs is a total disgrace to the court system. How do you let someone off that easy that had abused and mistreated his dogs so badly that when the police search his house there were dead dogs lying around his yard? And if you had seen the photos from back then you would understand why.
